Return & Refund Policy

It’s almost impossible to get each roast to taste exactly the same. There are so many factors in roasting so it is a bit of an art form.

With that in mind, we do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee products, since all coffee is roasted to order and flavors are subjective.

Unworn apparel & unused gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

If you’re unsure about what to purchase, or have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to us via email and we will be happy to assist you! 


To be eligible for a return, gear & apparel items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
